David received his law degree with concentration in taxation in 1999 from the Universidad de las Americas Puebla, Mexico. In 2002, he received a Certificate Degree from the International Tax Program at Harvard University Law School and in 2003, a joint Diploma in Accounting for Non-Accountants from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos en Finanzas. In 2004, he received and Masters Degree in Law (LLM) in Taxation from New York University. David has been with Azarmehr & Associates P.C. since 2007. David is fluent in Spanish.
